Nick and Ryan give a quick movie review of the new running film "The Real Maine" (24:56-28:13) and then launch into talking about this week's training topic of the week: the long run (28:14-35:03). The show ends with our NCAA Championship preview (35:04-end) including our guest Bekka Simko of Penn State who will be running the 800m this weekend (37:36-40:45).
